Juliette Asso is an independent arbitrator based in Geneva, specialising in complex international commercial disputes, with a particular focus on major construction and infrastructure projects in the energy, transportation, healthcare, and telecommunications sectors. Dual-qualified with an MBA, she has extensive expertise in quantum issues and technically complex matters. Recognised among Lexology's Arbitration Future Leaders, Juliette Asso has participated in more than 30 arbitration proceedings conducted under a broad range of institutional rules, including the ICC, Swiss Rules, LCIA, SCC, FAI, WIPO, UNCITRAL, and ICSID. Her experience spans numerous legal systems, including French, Swiss, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Ethiopian, Algerian, Qatari, Saudi, Iraqi, Canadian, and international law. She is also part of the Blockchain Lawyer Forum Arbitrator List.
Before starting her own practice in 2026, Juliette Asso was Counsel at LALIVE, a leading international arbitration firm. She joined the Geneva office of LALIVE in 2013, after having trained at Freshfields (2012) and Sullivan & Cromwell (2011) in Paris. She is admitted to the Paris and Geneva bar since 2014.
